Enterprise North West is a Derry based Enterprise Agency providing unique business support programmes, affordable, high-quality commercial property and a wide range of complementary services to a diverse range of businesses. We specialise in working with all entrepreneurs from start-ups to long-established enterprises across all business sectors throughout Northern Ireland.
​For the past 30 years, we have delivered mentoring and training for aspiring and existing private and social entrepreneurs. Located across two sites in Derry City we provide work-space and office accommodation for private and social enterprises to start-up and grow. We are recognised as one of the market leaders in NI for our social enterprise support.

CHARLES KENNEDY
Chief Operating Officer
Charles is Chief Operating Officer of Enterprise North West and is a graduate of University Ulster Magee where he obtained a BA (Hons) in Business Enterprise Development. Over the past 25+ years he has gained considerable experience across a range of business sectors. His specific areas of expertise include enterprise development and providing support to SME’s.
BRIAN O'NEILL
Director of Development & Enterprise
An experienced business consultant, Brian specialises in Business Planning & Strategy, Social Enterprise, Coaching, Entrepreneurship, Governance, Strategic Planning and Partnership Working. He is currently a member of the Governing Body of NWRC and a Director of Development Trusts Northern Ireland.

Caolan is the current Programme Manager of the Go For It programme with Enterprise North West & has been involved in economic development for over 5 years through his previous business consultancy role in KPMG & in his current Business Consultant role in ENW.

As a Business Consultant at Enterprise North West, Rachel specialises in Digital Marketing - helping start up and existing businesses not only with help on getting their business started with business plans but anything they need, right up to website creation and website optimisation.

Property Executive
Ava has over 10 years experience working across the Property Management and Education sectors. She is responsible for the management of ENW's business accommodation at North West Business Complex and 104 Ebrington Square.

Victoria supports the Enterprise North West contract management team with the delivery of their enterprise development programmes. Victoria has worked within the hospitality sector for the last 20 years and brings a wealth of management experience to the ENW team

Niall Dolan
Business Consultant
Niall has 15 years’ experience in the Financial Services sector working with a wide range of clients conducting case investigations and reviewing business accounts. Niall is a Qualified Accounting Technician under Accounting Technicians Ireland.
