Can you tell me more about your industrial spaces?Wihtin the North West Business Complex site we have 43 work units ranging in size from 400 to 2,000 sq ft. The business units are accessed through roller shutter or pedestrian door. The internal walls are standard block finish with Kingspan insulated cladding. The roof is Kingspan insulated roof cladding with 15% roof lighting. Floors are smooth concrete finish. Units are double height and structural provision has been made for installation of Mezzanine floor. Electrical package includes mains power, fire alarm and emergency lighting. Flexible lease agreements ensure that an easy in, easy out option is available. All tenants have access to their workspace 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
