    Offices range in size from single person to 6 - 20 person. Fully furnished and beautifully appointed, the offices are accessible 24/7 and available on a 30 day rolling licence agreement. Tenants benefit from free and ample car parking, reception support (NWBC site only), caretaking services, meeting rooms and onsite training facilities (NWBC site only). Rent is inclusive of utilities including, light, heat and access to our ultra fast broadband provision.     Wihtin the North West Business Complex site we have 43 work units ranging in size from 400 to 2,000 sq ft. The business units are accessed through roller shutter or pedestrian door. The internal walls are standard block finish with Kingspan insulated cladding. The roof is Kingspan insulated roof cladding with 15% roof lighting. Floors are smooth concrete finish. Units are double height and structural provision has been made for installation of Mezzanine floor. Electrical package includes mains power, fire alarm and emergency lighting. Flexible lease agreements ensure that an easy in, easy out option is available. All tenants have access to their workspace 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
